Studiare teatro oggi ha ancora senso? La societa rileva la dignita artistica che il teatro possiede, oppure attori e registi parlano una lingua sconosciuta e incomprensibile? Le scuole di teatro e le discipline dello spettacolo dal vivo sono ancora necessarie? Queste alcune delle domande che verranno poste ai grandi nomi del teatro contemporaneo locale e internazionale presenti al “TACT Festival 2015”. Un dibattito che non mira a trovare una soluzione alla “crisi del teatro”, ma piuttosto a vedere di che tipo e l’approccio al teatro oggi, declinato nelle varie esperienze, e per poter trovare suggestioni e suggerimenti per il lavoro di domani.
Studying theater today: does it still make sense? Does society have the artistic dignity that theater holds, or do actors and directors talk an unintelligible language obscure to most? Are theater Academies as well as live shows still necessary? These are just some of the questions that we will be asking to some of the greatest names of international contemporary theater who will be part of “TACT Festival 2015”. A debate, that does not expect to find a solution to the great “theater crisis”, but wants to understand what kind of crisis is it, in order to get suggestions that can help building the theater of tomorrow.

Evoe!Teatro e nata il 30 agosto 2011. Da Maggio 2013 ha avviato una collaborazione artistica con un gruppo berlinese LMN-Liminale Raume e la casa di produzione olandese Small House Production da cui e nato lo spettacolo “Abissi/Abgrunde/Abysses”. Nel 2013 entra a far parte di Firestarter, network internazionale che riunisce un collettivo di artisti e operatori in ambito socio-culturale, provenienti da 8 Paesi europei.
Evoe!Theater was born 30 August 2011. From May 2013 it developed an artistic collaboration with the Berliner group LMN-Liminale Raume and the dutch production company Small House Production from which the “Abissi/Abgrunde/Abysses” play was born. In 2013 they became part of Firestarter, an international network that holds together artist and workers in the social-cultural area coming from 8 different European countries.
A partire dalla prima guerra mondiale la guerra e. Non esiste per essa ormai la possibilita di un altro tempo verbale perche da allora ci ritroviamo in uno stato di guerra permanente, senza limiti spazio-temporali. Dove e quando inizia una guerra? E soprattutto quando e dove finisce? Partendo da “Gli ultimi giorni dell’umanita” di Karl Kraus, l’opera analizza un processo nato dalla prima guerra mondiale vivo ancora oggi: per mettere in luce e soprattutto in dubbio i meccanismi di guerra, che hanno ormai assunto dimensioni quasi cibernetiche.
Since the first world war began, the war is. There is no other possible tense, because since then we are in a constant war condition without limits of time or space. Where and when does the war start? But most of all: where does it finish? Beginning from “The last days of humanity” of Karl Kraus, this work studies a process that started during the first world war and lives still now: to bring to light and mostly in doubt the war mechanisms, which have taken cybernetic dimensions.
